Quality Management System/ISO Certification

              In compliance with the DepEd mandates and in accordance with National Budget Circular No. 542, the Schools Division Office of Laguna adheres with the transparency seal provision.

         With its aspiration to deliver transparency, accountability, responsibility and authority in basic education services, the Schools Division Office of Laguna has been compliant with ISO: 9001:2015 in 2018 up to present being certified by the third party auditing firm of TUV Nord.

             To further enhance transparency and enforce accountability in the workplace, the following key transparency indicators are set:

               B.  Annual Reporting of Accomplishments

              C. Budget and Corresponding Targets

              D. Program/ Curriculum Implementation and Governance

              E. Beneficiaries of Basic Education Services

              F. Status of Implementation based on operation

             G. Annual Procurement Plan and Contracts

             H.  Operationalization of Quality Policy

            Having been operationalizing the requirements of ISO: 9001:2015, the key transparency indicators have been practiced in conformance with the Citizen’s Charter under the provision of RA 9485. The provision features the transparency seal of the Schools Division Office of Laguna with the Quality Policy aligned with basic education services and feedback mechanisms on online, walk-in and offline to ensure responsive and relevant services to its clientele. More so, the website is built to provide the clientele with the updates on personnel promotion, transfer and equal opportunity to all. The Quality Room is set to ensure the transparency of work mechanisms and developments to audit various processes, products and services and performances.
