Regional Memorandum No. 745 s. 2022 – Misuse of Names of DepEd Regional Officials

1. The Regional Office has received feedback from the field about misuse of names and/or electronic signature of DepEd Regional Officials for personal gain.

2. The undersigned has invariably observed the policy not to engage in any solicitation activity nor get involved or intercede in any financial transactions by a certain businessman or business entity as the same is improper, irregular and illegal act.

3. People who are using the names and/or electronic signature of DepEd Regional Officials shall be reported immediately to the Regional Office. Moreover, people misusing the names and/or electronic signature of the undersigned or any of the Regional Office officials and employees should be banned immediately from the further transactions with any Office within the jurisdiction of this Regional Office.
