In celebration of the International Literacy Day 2023, the Department of Education, through the External Partnerships Service-International Cooperation Office, invites everyone to the “International Literacy Day Webinar featuring Cybersmart,” this September 8, 2023.

Focusing on this year’s theme “Promoting literacy for a world in transition: Building the foundation for sustainable and peaceful societies,” this webinar aims to provide a platform to accelerate progress towards the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG4) on education and lifelong learning in the Philippines.
